Manager, Professional Services (TS/SCI Or Higher Required)

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Professional Services (TS/SCI Or Higher Required) to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This leader will oversee a Federal-facing professional services function focused on successful technical delivery across sensitive government programs. The role combines team leadership, customer engagement, and operational discipline to ensure projects are scoped, executed, and completed with strong margins and compliance. You will partner closely with sales and product teams to remove deployment obstacles, manage risk, and strengthen stakeholder relationships across the U.S. Federal market. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of Federal professional services consultants Drive billable utilization and project margin across agency programs Ensure timely and compliant delivery of technical engagements Identify project risks and implement recovery plans Build relationships with key agency stakeholders Collaborate with Sales to scope technical engagements and write SOWs Coordinate with Product Management to address deployment challenges Qualifications TS/SCI clearance required Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT, Engineering, or a related field 5+ years of experience in professional services, technical consulting, or systems integration 3+ years of people management experience in technical consulting Deep understanding of U.S. Federal market dynamics and IT deployment Benefits Retirement plans Medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid time off Paid parental leave Support for community involvement Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
