What You’ll Do

  • Client Delivery
    • Lead complex client engagements focused on workforce productivity, operational excellence, process optimization, and organizational transformation.
    • Manage scope, budgets, timelines, quality, risks, and multiple workstreams.
    • Assess business processes, labor models, workforce utilization, capacity, and performance management systems.
    • Develop productivity assessments, workforce analytics, labor and capacity models, operational KPIs, business cases, and ROI analyses.
    • Design future-state processes, operating models, and workflows leveraging workflow automation, AI-enabled decision support, and digital capabilities.
    • Coach consulting teams, provide quality assurance, and build trusted relationships with client stakeholders.
    • Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, synthesize complex information, and support data-driven recommendations.
  • Business Development
    • Build trusted client relationships to identify opportunities for expansion and support long-term account growth.
    • Contribute to proposals, statements of work, pricing discussions, and client presentations.
    • Collaborate across West Monroe practices to develop integrated solutions.
    • Contribute to thought leadership, market-facing initiatives, and industry activities.
  • Practice Development
    • Advance the Productivity practice by developing methodologies, productivity assessment tools, labor modeling approaches, capacity planning frameworks, operational KPI libraries, and AI-enabled delivery accelerators.
    • Mentor consultants and senior consultants through coaching, performance feedback, career development, recruiting, and knowledge sharing.
    • Stay current on emerging trends in operational excellence, workforce productivity, intelligent automation, AI, and process optimization.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience leading client-facing engagements in management consulting, professional services, industrial engineering, operations, or business transformation.
  • Experience developing labor models, workforce analytics, productivity assessments, capacity analyses, staffing models, operational metrics, performance management frameworks, business cases, and ROI analyses.
  • Experience identifying opportunities to apply AI, intelligent automation, workflow automation, advanced analytics, or similar technologies to improve workforce productivity and operational performance.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, engineered labor standards, work measurement, value stream mapping, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Experience integrating AI tools into day-to-day workflows to enhance productivity and insight generation, coupled with strong critical thinking to assess accuracy, mitigate bias, and ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, engineering management, business, operations, analytics, organizational development, or a related field.
  • Ability to travel up to 50-60%.
  • A commitment to inclusion and diversity, and openness to new ideas and perspectives.
  • Ability to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship.
