Manager, Product Manager- Global Payment Network
About the Team
As part of the Global Payment Network Product team, you will partner in the transformation of how millions of customers engage with their money. You will be responsible for improving the consistency, scalability, and adoption of payment experiences across our platforms. This includes working with teams across the organization to evaluate current processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions that support business goals and meet customer needs. You may work across product areas such as Authorizations, Settlement, Disputes, Backoffice, Pricing, and Go-to-Market, using data, technology, and collaboration to deliver reliable, efficient, and user-friendly payment products.

Basic Qualifications
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
- A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing
- OR Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
Pay
The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
- Chicago, IL: $149,800 - $171,000
- McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100
- New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100
- Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000
- Riverwoods, IL: $149,800 - $171,000
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
