Manager, Product Management - Underwriting (Business Cards & Payments)
About the Role
We are seeking a Product Manager to act as the "Central Nervous System" of our high-value underwriting ecosystem, optimizing the automation engine for our largest small-business credit lines. Partnering with a dedicated engineering squad, you will orchestrate the end-to-end document collection and data pipeline—automating client outreach, optimizing our Ease intake portal, and routing critical financial data straight to underwriters. Your goal is to maximize efficiency and build the intelligent workflow that slashes underwriting turnaround times.
Who We Are
At BC&P, we bring a builder's mindset to work, just like the business owners we serve. Small businesses are a different kind of customer. They're the people turning ideas into opportunities, and opportunities into livelihoods. When we build for them, we build something bigger. That's why we have a high bar for quality. We own the work end to end, turning today's insights into tomorrow's results, together. We're relentlessly curious. We ask the hard questions. We make space for the best ideas to win. Because that's how we create impact we can be proud of.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a Product Manager with a demonstrated interest and aptitude for AI. While formal on-the-job experience with AI is a plus, we highly value candidates who have proactively incorporated AI into their personal projects, explored AI-driven development environments (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot), or built automations using AI agents. Show us how you've used AI to learn, build, and solve problems beyond basic text generation.
