Responsibilities Owns product strategy and execution for the Servicing Vault domain — document storage, document audit, and related AI-driven capabilitiesSets the overarching roadmap the team executes against; balances near-term delivery with long-term platform visionDefine and own the Servicing Vault strategy, translating business goals into a multi-quarter product roadmapDrive requirements and prioritization for document storage architecture, retention/audit workflows, and compliance-driven featuresIdentify and scope AI/automation opportunities within document audit and vault operations (e.g., anomaly detection, auto-classification, exception handling)Partner with engineering, compliance, and servicing operations to ensure vault capabilities meet regulatory and investor requirementsAct as the primary product voice for Servicing Vault in client and internal leadership conversationsManage trade-offs across competing priorities and communicate roadmap changes clearly to stakeholders Knowledge And Experience 5+ years of product management experience within mortgage servicingStrong business acumen — able to connect vault/document capabilities to servicer economics, compliance risk, and operational efficiencyWorking knowledge of document management, audit trails, or regulatory storage requirements in a servicing or lending contextExperience shaping strategy (not just executing a backlog) — has owned a roadmap from vision through deliveryComfortable partnering with engineering on AI/ML-adjacent features, even without a technical background Preferred Knowledge And Experience Familiarity with MSP or comparable servicing platformsExposure to compliance/audit frameworks (investor, agency, or regulatory)Prior experience introducing AI-driven functionality into a legacy operational workflow Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
