The role involves managing and enhancing the Services provided by NEOGOV, including but not limited to Governmentjobs.com, NEOED.com, and PowerDMS.com. Responsibilities include improving user experience, analyzing data trends, and providing support services.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the Services provided by NEOGOV, including but not limited to Governmentjobs.com, NEOED.com, and PowerDMS.com.
• Analyze data trends to improve user experience and inform product development.
• Provide support services, answer user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and diagnose problems with the Services.
• Communicate with users and customers to gather feedback and suggestions.
• Respond to legal requests and enforce legal agreements where applicable.
• Prevent fraud or potentially illegal activities and maintain security.
• Screen for and prevent undesirable or abusive activity.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in software engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with web development and user interface design.
• Proficiency in SQL and other database management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.
• Understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices.

Skills

• Proficient in JavaScript, Python, and other programming languages.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React or Angular.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
