Manager, Procurement

For a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space, we are seeking a Manager of Procurement to manage sourcing and supplier priorities that improve value, reliability, and operational performance. You will partner with finance, operations, legal, and business stakeholders to negotiate effectively, manage vendors, and support better purchasing decisions. This role offers the opportunity to improve cost discipline, supplier performance, and the processes that support scalable execution.

About the role

Remote – US-based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
• Place and manage purchase orders of varying complexity
• Support and negotiate pricing and contract terms with suppliers
• Conduct price and cost analyses to support procurement proposals
• Build and nurture relationships with first-tier subcontractors
• Collaborate with various internal departments to meet program objectives
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery information from suppliers

Requirements

• University degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 5+ years of experience
• Experience in procurement or supply chain management
• Understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS)
• Ability to perform cost analysis for proposals
• U.S. citizenship or eligibility for export authorizations

Pay

$107,500 – $204,500 annually
