What you'll do
- Lead the day-to-day operations of multiple private equity funds, ensuring capital calls, distributions, reconciliations, and cash management activities are completed accurately and on time.
- Guide and develop a high-performing operations team by providing coaching, mentorship, and career development while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the production of quarterly investor reporting, fund performance reporting, and customized client deliverables, ensuring quality, accuracy, and adherence to deadlines.
- Partner with investment professionals, accounting, treasury, compliance, and other enterprise teams to streamline processes and support business objectives.
- Help launch new private equity funds and investment products by designing operational processes, identifying system needs, and coordinating implementation across stakeholders.
- Monitor fund liquidity and recommend strategies for capital calls, distributions, and credit facility utilization to support portfolio performance.
- Review investment performance metrics, including net-of-fee IRR and public market equivalent calculations, while supporting customized performance reporting for investors and consultants.
- Ensure strong operational controls are maintained, including oversight of cash movement, bank reconciliations, and fund accounting processes.
- Support audits, regulatory examinations, and industry compliance reviews while helping strengthen internal controls and operational governance.
- Lead special projects that enhance the scalability of the business, including new product initiatives, operational improvements, and business integrations.

What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience partnering across multiple business functions.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other business applications.
