About the role

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. They provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Plan for each shift and monitor performance during the shift
• Take action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift
• Meet targets during their shifts and assist in meeting department goals
• Ensure food safety, manage inventory, conduct daily maintenance and cleanliness, and oversee quality food production
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle safety and security issues
• Schedule staff and communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
• A positive attitude and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Must be 18 years or older to apply for this position
