Manager, Player Development

For our client, we are seeking a Manager Player Development to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $108,800 – $136,000 annually Responsibilities Drive VIP sales metrics to boost customer engagement and net revenue Contribute to process improvements for operational efficiency and service standards Collaborate with Analytics to monitor reinvestment programs and rewards Assist in the development of sales training programs for VIP team members Participate in resolving client cases with a customer-focused approach Manage team performance through coaching and constructive feedback Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years in Gaming, Hospitality, Sales, or Marketing 3+ years of experience managing a sales team with effective communication and coaching Strong understanding of products and strategies to enhance operational efficiency Proven track record of coaching teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and sales consistency Ability to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses Benefits Opportunities for bonuses and equity participation Comprehensive benefits package offered Guidance provided for obtaining necessary state gaming licenses Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
