Responsible for overseeing plant cost accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant cost accounting operations
• Ensure adherence to financial policies and regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cost management strategies
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in cost accounting
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• CPA certification preferred
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
