Responsibilities
- Oversee daily plant cost accounting operations
- Ensure adherence to financial policies and regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cost management strategies
- Prepare and analyze financial reports for decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in cost accounting
- Proficiency in financial software and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- CPA certification preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
