Minimum Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent and 6 years of healthcare management experience
• Associate’s degree and 4 years of healthcare management experience
• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of healthcare management experience
• Advanced knowledge of personal computers, the Windows operating system, Microsoft Office software and medical office practice management systems
• Strong supervisory skills with emphasis on team building and change management
• Able to travel between multiple practice locations

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a healthcare or business related field
