Manager, Physician Compensation

Responsibilities

• Serve as a foundational member of the centralized physician compensation team for national remote the company practices
• Act as a key bridge between operations, finance, and data to translate complex business questions into clear analyses
• Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies in data and processes, ensuring issues are fully resolved
• Lead workflows supporting intercompany billing and settlement processes, ensuring financial accuracy
• Play an integral role in building future-state compensation processes and enhancing reporting tools
• Promote communication and cooperation among teammates to foster unity in the department
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to direct reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
• 4-7 years of relevant experience in analytics, finance, operations, or healthcare services

Pay

• $115,000 – $135,000 annually
