Manager, Physical Therapy

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Physical Therapy to join the team of a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space. This remote leadership role will oversee a distributed team of physical therapists delivering high-quality virtual care in a fast-moving digital health environment. You will be responsible for coaching clinicians, strengthening operational execution, and helping ensure the team consistently meets clinical and service expectations. The position partners closely with clinical and operational leaders to improve workflows, support change management, and drive strong patient and business outcomes.
