Manager, Pharmacy Services

About the role

This role will lead continuous improvement work focused on process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains. You will partner with operational leaders and project stakeholders to standardize workflows, identify bottlenecks, and improve execution quality. The position offers the opportunity to create measurable efficiency gains and scalable operational improvements within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise pharmacy strategy into operational plans and lead execution
• Foster a high-performing team culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement
• Resolve complex issues and ensure efficient delivery of pharmacy services
• Establish and monitor KPIs, addressing performance gaps to enhance efficiency
• Collaborate with clinical, finance, IT, and vendor teams to align pharmacy services with broader initiatives
• Lead operational readiness for audits and reviews, ensuring compliance with quality standards
• Ensure pharmacy business activities meet regulatory and contractual obligations

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in the Healthcare Industry
• 3 years of supervisory/leadership experience required
• Strong business management and financial skills
• Knowledge of vendor contracting processes and healthcare project management methodologies
• Proven ability to drive execution in complex environments

Pay

$108,000 – $130,000 annually
