Manager Pharmacy Operations
for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). The posting includes "About Us" and "Job Summary". We need to map to appropriate headings. "About Us" could be considered "About the role"? Actually "About Us" is about department, not role. But we can treat as "About the role"? The instruction says use those headings as examples; we can use other headings if appropriate? It says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect those exact headings when content exists. We have content for About Us (department description) and Job Summary (summary of role). Also Responsibilities (list of duties). Qualifications (education, licenses, experience). Additional Shift Information (schedule). Compensation Range (pay). Benefits? Not mentioned. Skills? Not explicit. So we will include sections: About Us (maybe as About the role?), Job Summary (maybe as About the role? Actually Job Summary is a summary; could be under About the role). But we need to avoid duplicate headings. Perhaps we combine About Us and Job Summary into a single "About the role" section? But we must preserve all substantive information; we can't lose details. Could create two sections: About Us and Job Summary, but headings must be from list? Not strictly required but they gave examples. Safer to use headings that match content: "About Us" and "Job Summary" are not in list but maybe acceptable. However instruction: "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It suggests we should use those headings when applicable. If we have content that matches those categories, we should use them. For "About Us" we could treat as "About the role". For "Job Summary" maybe also part of About the role. But we have separate content; we could put both under About the role heading, combining paragraphs. That would preserve info. Then Responsibilities heading for list of duties. Qualifications heading for education, licenses, experience. Pay heading for compensation range. Schedule heading for shift information. Benefits? none. Skills? none.
Thus output:
About the role

Job Summary paragraph...
Then Responsibilities: list items from "Responsible for ..." lines. Qualifications: list education, licenses, certifications, work experience. Pay:Pay
$83.03 - $120.39
Schedule:Schedule
Primarily scheduled for day shift; however, hours may vary based on business needs.
Also maybe include FTE etc? The posting includes Position Exempt Yes, FTE %: 100, Scheduled Weekly Hours 40, Daily Hours 8. That's schedule details. Should we include? It's schedule-related. Could include in Schedule section. We must not include boilerplate like "To perform this job successfully..." etc. That's generic; maybe we can keep as part of Responsibilities? It's generic but still part of posting. The instruction: remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. The line "To perform this job successfully..." is generic but not boilerplate; it's about essential duties. Might keep. Also "Have Questions? Call Recruitment Services..." is application instruction; remove. Disclaimer about compensation: "Final compensation will be dependent upon skills and experience." That's related to Pay; we could include as part of Pay paragraph. We must not invent or summarize away detail. Keep all specifics. Let's extract details. About Us paragraph: "The Inpatient Pharmacy Department at Valley Children’s utilizes evidence-based therapeutic guidelines to provide exceptional pharmaceutical care to our patients. Our highly trained pharmacists and pharmacy technicians work side-by-side with providers and other interprofessional teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes, while utilizing state-of-the-art technology to maximize patient safety. Inpatient Pharmacy provides clinical interdisciplinary pharmacy services in all inpatient areas including Rehab, PICU, NICU, Acute Care, and Oncology. We have numerous pharmacy advance practice protocols including antibiotic monitoring, anticoagulation, IV to oral conversion, and renal dosing. Other clinically supported services include the Emergency Department, Palliative Care, Investigational Drug oversight, and parenteral nutrition (including production). Our team members also support the following specialty clinics: Oncology, Hematology, Rheumatology, Pulmonology/CF, Endocrinology, Neurology, Cardiology and our complex primary care center. Many pharmacists hold collaborative practice agreements to optimize medication therapy management and collaborate to enhance patient care." Job Summary: "Accountable for assisting the Director of Pharmacy with the development, implementation and oversight of departmental goals and daily operations of the Hospital pharmacy. Shall collaboratively work with the medical staff and hospital staff supporting the credo, motto and values of the hospital. Responsible for dispensing medications, providing drug consultations and managing staff, ambulatory, and IT pharmacists. Responsible for providing the appropriate oversight to comply with laws and regulations for state and federal regulatory agencies, Quality Assurance, Performance Improvement and productivity metrics. Maintains professional growth and development through active participation in pharmacy related committees, task forces, professional organizations and scholarly activities while representing the dept as assigned. Responsible for oversight of pharmacy related projects including internal and external Information Technology, Pharmacy Automation, Bedside Scanning, Bar Coding, Charge Master, Departmental Data Collection and Reporting, Operational Efficiencies. Responsible for oversight of the pharmacists in the provision supporting the implementation and the provision of pharmaceutical care." Responsibilities: Actually the Job Summary already lists responsibilities. Might be redundant. But we can treat Job Summary as summary and Responsibilities as list of duties. However the posting didn't have a separate "Responsibilities" heading; it's all in Job Summary. We could still create Responsibilities section with bullet points derived from the Job Summary sentences. That would preserve info but might be rephrasing? We need to preserve ALL substantive information; we can break into bullet points but not lose info. That's acceptable. Let's extract each responsibility sentence: - assisting the Director of Pharmacy with the development, implementation and oversight of departmental goals and daily operations of the Hospital pharmacy. - collaboratively work with the medical staff and hospital staff supporting the credo, motto and values of the hospital. - dispensing medications, providing drug consultations and managing staff, ambulatory, and IT pharmacists. - providing the appropriate oversight to comply with laws and regulations for state and federal regulatory agencies, Quality Assurance, Performance Improvement and productivity metrics. - maintaining professional growth and development through active participation in pharmacy related committees, task forces, professional organizations and scholarly activities while representing the dept as assigned. - oversight of pharmacy related projects including internal and external Information Technology, Pharmacy Automation, Bedside Scanning, Bar Coding, Charge Master, Departmental Data Collection and Reporting, Operational Efficiencies. - oversight of the pharmacists in the provision supporting the implementation and the provision of pharmaceutical care. We'll put each asAbout the role
