Responsibilities

• Lead activities associated with administration and management of pharmacy programs, including:
• Assist in the development, implementation, maintenance, and promotion of a disease state formulary system
• Utilization management programs
• Specialty pharmacy management
• Medication therapy management
• Client relationships and support
• Development of innovative clinical programs

Requirements

• Registered Pharmacist in the States of operation (NM, IL, TX, MT)
• 3 years of management and/or leadership experience (with Direct Reports)
• 5 years of experience in Pharmacy practice
• Experience using window-based word processing, spreadsheet, and relational database software
• Drug information skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of practice guidelines or practice parameters; pharmacoeconomics; quality improvement processes and techniques
• Knowledge of medication uses evaluation principles
• Ability to remain at a workstation and perform computer entry for long periods of time, as required
• Leadership skills (with Direct Reports) and ability to handle multiple priorities and manage communications professionally to achieve issue resolution with customers, employees, or management

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional certifications and residency experience
• Managed care and/or Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experience
• MTM experience, specialty pharmacy, or government programs knowledge

Schedule

This role is a Flex/Hybrid schedule requiring working 3 days either in the Richardson, TX; Albuquerque, NM; Chicago, IL or Helena, MT Headquarters offices and up to 2 days working from home. Core business hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST Monday – Friday.

Pay

Compensation: $102,000.00 - $184,300.00. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
