Manager, People Partnering
Job Description
The Manager, People Partnering role supports the Central Region business, serving as a trusted advisor to regional leaders. The responsibilities include developing and executing talent strategies, building succession pipelines, supporting workforce planning, leading organizational change, strengthening leadership capability, and more.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to develop and execute talent strategies aligned with business goals.
Build succession pipelines and develop internal talent.
Support workforce planning and organizational design.
Coach leaders to improve performance, engagement, and team effectiveness.
Provide guidance on employee relations matters and risk mitigation.
Lead talent reviews, performance management, and development planning.
Partner with Learning & Development to deliver impactful learning solutions.
Ensure alignment with compensation programs and regional strategies.
Identify and address future talent gaps.
Build strong relationships across business units.
Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to ensure alignment on programs and initiatives.
Co-create and design practical solutions that meet business needs.
Use data and insights to inform decision-making.
Lead cross-functional HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
5+ years of progressive HR/People Partner experience.
HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent) preferred.
Strong business acumen and data-driven mindset.
Powerful influencing, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coach senior leaders.
Proven ability to build partnerships at all levels of the organization.
Strong understanding of financial levers, implications, and risks associated with talent decisions.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly matrixed organization.
Analytical thinker with strong project management skills.
A self-starter who can work independently and takes ownership.
Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
Additional Information
Remote role with up to 25% travel.
Preferred locations: Illinois, Missouri, or Texas.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 89,250.00 - $105,000.00.
