OTHR$85k–$95k/yrFull-time

The Jewish Education Project is a global force strengthening Jewish identity, connecting young Jews to Israel, and helping young people stand up to antisemitism and hate. We believe that Jewish education must continually evolve to meet the needs of today’s youth, and we equip educators with innovative tools to bring vibrant Jewish experiences to their learners and families.

About the role

The Jewish Education Project seeks a full-time, detail-oriented People & Culture Manager to help bring our people and culture strategy to life. Working under the direction of organizational leadership, the Manager will execute initiatives that support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, learning and development, performance management, and overall employee experience, helping to foster a positive, value-driven workplace. This is an execution-focused role where leadership sets the vision and priorities; the Manager ensures they become reality through exceptional organization, thoughtful coordination, and consistent follow-through.

As a key member of the Operations team, the Manager will oversee the day-to-day people processes that support our staff while continuously improving the systems, workflow, and experiences that help our organization thrive. If you care deeply about people, enjoy building relationships, and take pride in turning ideas into action, this is an opportunity to build broad experience across the full people function, make a meaningful impact on every employee's experience, and grow into increasing responsibility over time.

Reporting to the Managing Director, Data Systems and Strategy, and working closely with the Chief Operating Officer, the People & Culture Manager will be a trusted, hands-on member of the Operations team.
