Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 or more years in the Patient Experience field
- Demonstrated management competency & experience
- Experience working within a clinical environment
- Experience managing professional teams
- Proficiency with database, presentation, and spreadsheet applications

- Engagement coaching experience is highly desired
