Manager, Partnership Tax- National Tax

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Partnership Tax- National Tax to join the team of a leader in the Legal & Accounting space. This role will focus on partnership tax matters within a national tax environment, combining deep technical research with practical advisory support. You will help guide analysis of complex federal income tax issues, transactions, and legislative developments while contributing to the growth of a specialized tax consulting practice. The position also involves partnering with experienced professionals to develop training, tools, and deliverables that strengthen technical quality and client service. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $115,900 – $161,200 annually Responsibilities Research federal income tax issues in partnership taxation and provide technical advice Prepare technical memoranda, tax analyses, and opinion support Assist with analysis of mergers, acquisitions, and partnership-related transactions Develop and deliver technical training and educational programs Monitor legislative and regulatory developments in partnership taxation Contribute to the growth of the partnership consulting practice Collaborate on standardized tools and materials for partnership tax Qualifications 4-year degree required; Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, Law, or related field preferred 5+ years of professional experience in partnership tax CPA, Law License/JD, or EA required Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and project management skills Ability to work collaboratively while managing multiple priorities Commitment to technical excellence and client service Benefits Opportunity to work with senior national office professionals Access to a broad range of federal income tax matters Chance to develop deep expertise in corporate tax and transactions Collaborative work environment with experienced professionals Long-term career development as a recognized technical specialist Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
