Manager, Oracle HCM

About the role

The position involves leading technical aspects of Cloud HCM implementation projects, including data conversions, integrations, extensions, and formulas.

Responsibilities

• Develop data conversion and integration strategies tailored to client needs.
• Create high-level and detailed technical project plans, including data mapping and design sessions.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and lead offshore technical teams.
• Ensure project deliverables adhere to scope, budget, and timeline, reporting issues regularly.
• Manage SDLC activities, coordinate with stakeholders, and address technical issues.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum five years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including two end-to-end implementations.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Extensive knowledge of Oracle HCM tools such as HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Reports, and Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel, VBA macros, Microsoft Project, and data integration tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, especially with offshore teams.
• Ability to travel as needed and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
