About the role

We are seeking a Manager, Oracle Data & Analytics for our Consulting practice. This role involves leading the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), Oracle AI Data Platform (AIDP), and Oracle Autonomous Data Lakehouse (ADL) to support our Smart Data Platform offering. You will provide technical expertise, collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, and design custom data solutions using Oracle tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), Oracle AI Data Platform (AIDP), and Oracle Autonomous Data Lakehouse (ADL) to support the KPMG Smart Data Platform offering, following the KPMG approach to meet and exceed client requirements.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on Oracle FDI, AIDP, and ADL architecture, data modeling, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, data sources, and analytic and AI requirements.
  • Design and develop custom data marketplace, data products, and analytics & AI solutions using Oracle tools.
  • Develop documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and internal teams.
  • Stay updated on the latest Oracle features, enhancements, and industry trends, and collaborate with KPMG functional teams to understand impacts on business processes.
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment.
  • Manage project tasks, deliverables, issues, risks, and oversee onshore analysts and offshore development teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum five years of recent experience with Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) across one or more of Finance, Supply Chain, and Human Capital Management subject areas; experience with Oracle AI Data Platform (AIDP) and Oracle Autonomous Data Lakehouse (ADL) is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or MIS from an accredited college or university is preferred.
  • Project management skills to address tasks, deliverables, issues, and risks; experience managing onshore and offshore development teams.
  • Understanding or implementation experience of Oracle SaaS modules and general business processes across ERP, HCM, or SCM is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills to lead and facilitate analytic requirements and strategy meetings.
  • Proven track record of leading successful Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence implementations from concept to completion.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced consulting environment.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
