Qualifications
- Minimum five years of recent experience in trade compliance, with a focus on FTZ solutions and consulting
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited college or university
- Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) issued by U.S customs and Border Protection, CUSICO (Certified U.S. Import Compliance Officer), CUSECO (Certified U.S Export Compliance Officer), Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) certification issued by the National Custom Broker and Forwarder Association of America, in addition to other on KPMG's approved credential listing
- Comprehensive working knowledge of FTZ processes, compliance activities, PGA reporting, and import/export regulations (for example: Harmonized Tariff Schedule, customs federal regulations, free trade agreements, entry, valuation, and compliance methods)
- Experience with FTZ Inventory Control and Recordkeeping Systems and/or FTZ processing preferred
- Exceptional and in-depth experience with U.S import and export control regulations with the ability to address complex matters, practical and operational advice and solutions
- Strong technical and analytical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access for import/export data review
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally

Skills
Knowledge of FTZ processes, compliance activities, PGA reporting, and import/export regulations.
