Manager, Operations - Enablement Content
Position Summary
As Manager, Operations for Enablement Content –an individual contributor role with no direct reports – you will direct the end-to-end lifecycle of driver-facing self-help content on web and in-app platforms. This high-urgency role requires an analytical, proactive problem solver to investigate ambiguous intake requests, identify correct program owners, and navigate complex, multi-week approvals across compliance, governance, and legal. You will actively protect the driver experience by anticipating pilot rollout risks, tracking overlapping deadlines, and keeping exceptionally detailed project records.
About the team
On the Driver Experience team, we are dedicated to creating an intuitive, low-friction gig-driver experience that fosters trust and transparency. We view optimizable contact rates as defects, focusing on contact reduction by holistically analyzing driver journeys and collaborating directly with product and engineering. Functioning like a fast-paced startup, our specialized Enablement Content sub-team manages driver-facing self-help content across web and in-app platforms. We work cross-functionally to deliver high-quality, fully compliant support resources. What you'll do
- Investigate & Execute: Perform deep detective research to resolve incomplete requests and identify correct feature owners.
- Manage Lifecycles: Coordinate rigorous multi-week reviews across peers, product, compliance, governance, and legal to secure final publication approvals.
- Track & Record: Keep highly meticulous notes of copy modifications while tracking multiple complex, overlapping project deadlines.
- Identify Risks: Actively analyze pilot ramp-ups to spot downstream issues impacting driver experience or content schedules.
- Collaborate: Standardize scalable, compliant web templates to significantly accelerate speed to publication.
What you'll bring
- Experience: 4+ years authoring support documentation, knowledge base management, or CMS operations, plus 2+ years of project management.
- Urgency & Adaptability: High self-motivation to thrive amidst shifting priorities, last-minute requests, and extremely tight timelines.
- Detail & Note-taking: Meticulous note-taking, organization, and tracking skills to successfully manage long, complex approval schedules.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 2 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters: Economics
- Project Management - Project Management Professional - Certification

Additional Compensation
The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include : Stock
