About the role
This position manages operations and directs employees at an assigned facility, ensuring productivity schedules and quality goals are met. Responsibilities include preparing and directing the annual budget, establishing goals, and achieving planned results.
Responsibilities
- Daily management and leadership of a large area or plant
- Inventory control, storage, and ordering
- Prepare and implement approved capital plans/projects
- Develop and direct facility maintenance and improvement programs
- Oversee all operational areas: employee relations, equipment, maintenance, product and service line, and reports
- Manage production, distribution, and inventory
- Ensure efficient use of labor, equipment, and expenses
- Identify, promote, and execute the group’s overall strategy
- Direct facility employees, assess needs, and foster a culture of productivity, career development, and good morale
- Create, modify, and adhere to the overall financial plan for the area or plant

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 5-7 years’ relevant experience
