Manager of Utilities and Energy

About the role

The Manager of Utilities and Energy oversees the efficient operation and maintenance of all utility systems and energy sources within the facility. This includes managing budgets, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, and coordinating with external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of all utility systems and energy sources.
• Manage utility budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in utility management or similar field.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
