About the Role

The Manager of Social Work Case Management assists the Director of Case Management in developing, implementing, coordinating, managing, and monitoring Social Work, Spiritual Care, and Interpreter Services for Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center. This role involves supervising staff in collaboration with other Case Management managers and recommending, developing, and implementing new programs to enhance services for patients and families.

Requirements

• Master of Social Work (MSW) is required.
• LCSW: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Oregon State Board of Licensed Social Workers is required.
• 3 years of progressive experience as a social worker with demonstrated leadership in social work within a healthcare environment is required.
• Emphasis on community health resources and program development is strongly desired.
• 2 years of post-licensure practice experience necessary to provide clinical supervision is preferred.

Pay

Starting wage for this exempt position: $107,036.80–$147,180.80, depending on experience.
