Manager of Security Operations and Infrastructure

For our client, we are seeking a Manager of Security Operations and Infrastructure to join the team of a leader in the Legal & Accounting space. This leader will guide the maturation of a modern security operations function that supports threat detection, incident response, and resilient infrastructure practices. The role will partner closely with IT leadership and cross-functional technical teams to strengthen the security posture across the DevOps lifecycle. You will also manage and develop a team of security professionals while helping shape the security strategy and roadmap for the organization. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Lead and mature the SecOps program for threat detection and incident response Oversee day-to-day security tooling operations Drive security incident response processes and continuous improvement Manage SecOps Engineers, providing mentorship and career growth Champion integration of security across the DevOps lifecycle Collaborate on security strategy and roadmap planning with leadership Communicate security posture and updates to IT leadership Qualifications 5+ years of experience in security operations or cybersecurity engineering 1-3 years of people management experience Strong knowledge of SecOps domains such as SIEM and EDR Familiarity with DevOps concepts and cloud infrastructure Hands-on experience with Microsoft and Okta security platforms Excellent communication skills to convey technical risks Collaborative leadership style, with an emphasis on empowerment and consensus Benefits Flexible and balanced work environment Remote work opportunities unless specified otherwise Valuable continuous education and collaboration opportunities Required annual travel for in-person training and meetings Travel based on business and client needs Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
