Manager of Revenue Audit

JOB SUMMARY

Join our Accounting team and play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial operations. This position oversees the daily audit of gaming and non-gaming revenue, reviews departmental documentation for compliance with established policies and procedures, and maintains control of records, data, and forms.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Candidate will be responsible for all accounting and comparison of operational data.
• Candidate will be knowledgeable in a variety of accounting concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Candidate will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, reporting and improving all aspects of operations.
• Candidate will be responsible for assisting in the process of developing, implementing and monitoring compliance with the property’s internal controls and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable Federal, State and local gaming and non-gaming regulations.
• Candidate will promote positive customer service and perform all duties assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required.
• Minimum of five years’ accounting experience. Casino accounting experience preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Language Ability: Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports and speak effectively.
• MATH Ability: Ability to calculate figures and amounts, apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
• Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions, deal with problems involving several concrete variables.
• Computer Skills: Must possess intermediate PC skills. Microsoft Office experience required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required.
• Minimum of five years’ accounting experience. Casino accounting experience preferred.
