Manager of Quality Assurance, Compliance
About the role
Since 1976, Mid-South Transplant Foundation (MSTF) has helped to facilitate the organ and tissue donation process between donor families and transplant recipients and promotes awareness through public and professional education. The Manager of Quality Assurance and Compliance (MQA) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day quality assurance activities of the organization to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, as it relates to organ and tissue donor records.
Responsibilities
This position will ensure all processes and systems adhere to both internal and external standards, regulations and best practices, striving for continuous quality improvement.
Qualifications
- Degree or certification in health-related field, quality management, business management or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in quality and regulatory systems.
- Management experience preferred.

Pay
Salary range is $82k - $102k, based on education and work experience.
Schedule
Traditional office hours, with work hours dictated by workload.
