The Operations Manager provides hands-on leadership and oversight of day-to-day operational activities within our health organization. This individual will partner closely with leadership, Human Resources, and other departments to ensure operational excellence, appropriate staffing, regulatory compliance, employee accountability, and exceptional patient experience.
