About the role
The Manager Nursing Improvement functions as an expert nurse leader responsible for promoting optimal nursing quality through clinical activities, professional and public education, research activities, administrative functions, and quality improvement activities that transform structure, processes and patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Functions as an expert nurse leader and patient/family advocate by coordinating and leading clinical practice and quality improvement initiatives for the nursing division.
- Directs, supervises and evaluates nursing practice across the nursing division to promote standardized practices.
