Qualifications
We encourage you to apply before the event. The minimum age for some rides and retail positions is 16+. All other positions are 18+.
Responsibilities
- Rescue, rehabilitate and care for animals
- Create exceptional personalized experiences that connect people with wildlife and each other in fun, immersive ways
- Support the Zoo’s continued growth and development
- Work in a welcoming, equitable environment that promotes the success of all, encourages diverse perspectives to be heard, and values individual differences
- Communicate openly and honestly with all levels of the organization
- Plan and implement initiatives to improve the guest experience
- Ensure safety for guests, employees, and animals
Requirements
- Passionate about creating an exceptional guest experience in the park
- Willingness to support the Zoo’s continued growth and development
- Ability to work in a welcoming, equitable environment that promotes the success of all, encourages diverse perspectives to be heard, and values individual differences
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to plan and implement initiatives to improve the guest experience
