The Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis plays a critical leadership role in strengthening the company’s financial infrastructure, ensuring the integrity of all financial data, and building a best-in-class business controlling function that is forward looking with an eye towards accurate and timely financial results and KPI development that will help guide the business.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• CPA certification preferred
• 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
