Manager of Finance Operations

Our client is seeking an experienced Manager of Finance Operations to oversee accounting administration, contract review activities, and departmental operations while leading and developing a team of supervisors and staff. Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day finance and operational activities
• Lead, coach, and develop Supervisors and Staff Assistants
• Oversee workflow, productivity, and compliance with policies and procedures
• Review and approve labor agreements, extensions, and related contracts
• Partner with stakeholders to resolve contract and accounting issues
• Analyze operational data and prepare management reports
• Drive process improvements and support system enhancements
• Assist senior leadership with departmental initiatives and special projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of management or supervisory experience
• Proven people management experience is required
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and develop effective teams
• Experience in accounting, finance operations, contract administration, or related fields preferred

Pay

$120K-$140K DOE

Schedule

• Full-Time | Monday-Friday
• Daytime business hours
• Limited travel may be required
