Duties

  • Collaborates with business units and senior management to establish, maintain, and continuously improve enterprise risk management processes
  • Manages the ERM group’s tools and documentation of risks, controls, key risk indicators, and reporting processes in coordination with the ERM team
  • Effectively Manages Human and Financial Resources

Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualifications: Seven years of related experience. A postsecondary degree may be used as an alternative for years of direct experience.
  • Preferences: A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in finance, accounting, statistics, business, or a related field
  • Experience in investment related compliance or auditing, a demonstrated track record of working collaboratively across multiple business units, and experience in reviewing and evaluating investment related contractual agreements
  • One of the following certifications is required: Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Financial Risk Manager (FRM), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Investments and Derivatives Auditor (CIDA), or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
