About the role

This is a full-time, remote position within the Finance department at Ascension Living Support Center, a leading nonprofit Catholic health system. Ascension empowers over 97,000 associates to reimagine healthcare in an inclusive and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage reimbursement team operations, including hiring, evaluations, and ongoing staff development.
• Oversee third-party calculation systems, annual audits, and required financial reporting.
• Ensure strict accuracy on all third-party filings and coordinate regulatory appeals.
• Act as the main resource for internal management, external auditors, and consultants.

Requirements

• Accountant licensure, certification, or registration preferred.
• Education: High School diploma or equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience.
• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

$99,863.85 - $135,109.91 per year
