About the role
Position Overview Hornets Sports & Entertainment (HSE) is seeking a Manager of Communications to assist with the promotion of HSE's business initiatives. You will work closely with the Director of Communications on the day-to-day operations, strategies and objectives of the department. The ideal candidate will have exceptional writing, editing and organizational skills and a willingness to learn and flourish in a fast-growing, evolving environment. Additionally, the candidate will have a creative mindset and approach towards developing publicity campaigns and announcements.

Responsibilities
- Promote organization’s business initiatives in areas such as corporate social responsibility (CSR), ticket sales, marketing, corporate partnerships, retail and more.
- Develop, write and edit copy for various organizational platforms to be disseminated both externally and internally, including press releases, media advisories, talking points, marketing and promotional materials, and more.
