Manager of Clinical Services (RN)

As the Manager of Clinical Services, you’ll lead with purpose, compassion, and vision. Partnering with an interdisciplinary group of professionals, you’ll shape strategic care plans, mentor future leaders, and champion a culture of excellence and empathy. Your leadership will be the force that ensures every patient receives comfort, dignity, and the highest standard of care when it matters most.
Responsibilities
- Oversee coordination of patient care and assign appropriate staff to each case
- Support clinicians with real-time guidance, mentoring, and clinical problem-solving
- Conduct case reviews, home visits, and clinical audits to ensure high-quality care
- Manage hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of clinical staff
- Assist in ongoing staff education, orientation, and performance improvement efforts
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associates, Bachelors, or Masters)
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- 2+ years of hospice or home health clinical experience required
- 2+ years of supervisory or management experience required
- Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance

Pay
The starting salary range for this role is $87,000-$110,000 annual base salary. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: geographic location, relevant education, applicable certifications, depth of experience, and special skillsets.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, full-time position with on-call responsibilities
