About the role
The Manager of Administrative Programs and Technology reports to the Director of Operations of the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund (FHCF). The position manages activities of the State Board of Administration (SBA) Finance Corporation, the Insurance Capital Build-Up Incentive Program (ICBIP), the Reinsurance to Assist Policyholders (RAP) program, implements Strategic Initiatives supporting technology and integration, and assists the Director of Operations in the daily financial and operational activities of the FHCF.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates and oversees certain activities related to the daily operations and administration of the FHCF.
- Assists with implementation of Strategic Initiatives supporting technology and integrated processes.
- Manages Debt Issuance and Compliance for SBA Finance Corporation.
- Supports the Director of Operations in matters related to the financial operations of the FHCF.
- Coordinates and oversees commutation of annual Reimbursement Contracts in collaboration with the Chief Operating Officer, Director of Operations, Director of Examinations, and the FHCF's Administrator.
- Manages all activities of the Reinsurance to Assist Policyholders Program (RAP), the Insurance Capital Build-Up Incentive Program (ICBIP), and any new programs delegated to the FHCF in accordance with statutory requirements and in collaboration with the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Operations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
