Education
Graduate of an approved school of nursing. BSN preferred.
Licensure
Current license in applicable State of practice for Registered Nurse.
Experience
- Minimum three years nursing experience.
Previous leadership/management experience preferred.
Certifications
BLS, ACLS, PALS Certification required within 90 days of hire.
Other
- Demonstrates skill in human relations and communications is required.
- Must have broad understanding of the patient care process and be able to demonstrate clinical expertise in their area of responsibility.
