Job Summary
You will be a dynamic leader, guiding and empowering our nursing team to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care through continuous growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor Registered Nurses, overseeing clinical operations, and advocating for patient and team needs.
- Drive professional development and achieve unit goals.
- Lead nursing staff to specific shifts based on past utilization trends.
- Measure employee performance and assist in the training of new and existing staff members.
- Coordinate unit activities during shifts, organize, and assign work to the nursing staff.
- Assess, monitor, and educate the nursing staff on patient care.
- Institute emergency procedures as necessary.
- Provide nursing care to patients on an as-needed basis.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's of Science Nursing or equivalent education and experience, with at least three (3) years of nursing experience and one (1) year of leadership experience.
- Registered Nurse: AZ (RN:AZ).
- Basic Life Support - BLS-CPR.

Pay Range
$54.76 - $81.45 /hour
