Manager, New Markets Tax Credits

NMTC Portfolio Management

• Loan Monitoring – Develops relationships with borrowers, conducts regular loan monitoring reviews, prepares credit reviews, and makes risk rating recommendations.
• Construction Disbursement Management – Reviews and approves construction draw packages, ensures compliance with loan documentation, budget, and timelines, and supports project delivery.
• Site Visits – Conducts regular site visits, prepares site visit reports, and participates in appraisals and borrower financial analyses.
• Loan Extensions and Modifications – Works with borrowers to assess and recommend extension or modification terms, analyzes loans, and supports loan restructuring strategies.
• Non-performing Loans – Manages special attention or non-performing loans, conducts site inspections, appraisals, and borrower financial analyses, and prepares monitoring reports and action plans.
• Portfolio Data Collection and Reporting – Collects and analyzes portfolio credit data for audits and reports, and collaborates with finance and origination teams.
• NMTC Unwinds – Leads the formal unwind process, structures the Unwind, secures internal approvals, and negotiates legal documents.

NMTC Program Management

• Reporting Efforts – Manages reporting to the CDFI Fund, engages with CDFI Fund compliance staff, and completes annual transaction-level reporting.
• Pipeline Development and Deal Closings – Attends industry events, assists in pipeline development, and supports deal closing documentation.
• NMTC Award Application – Assists with annual NMTC award applications, collects and analyzes community benefits information and outcome data.
• Advisory Board – Prepares and presents materials to the NMTC Advisory Board.

Customer Service

• Maintains positive relationships with internal associates and external customers and business partners.
