This position will be located in Roy, Utah and will support the Sentinel (GBSD) program.

Responsibilities

• Support Mission Assurance (MA) functions to ensure mission success.
• Perform technical reviews of all Sentinel drawings, SOW’s, and Requirements documents as required.
• Perform or assure quality, risk management, safety, reliability and maintainability of Sentinel tasking.
• Provide MA leadership and oversight to critical program reviews including design reviews, test readiness reviews, certifications and sell offs.
• Identify MA and Quality resource requirements to ensure mission success.
• Assist the SEIT Segment lead with all Sentinel Mission Assurance / Program Management requirements.
• Develop, implement and maintain the Sentinel Program Quality Plan.
• Lead/facilitate segment level FRBs and MRBs ensuring identification of root cause and proper implementation of corrective actions and reach back and reach across.
• Lead preparation and execution of Program Preventive and Corrective Action Board (PCAB).
• Develop and maintain Segment level Program Metrics.
• Support preparation of Program Management Review packages.
• Support Supplier Mission Assurance with technical expertise and oversight of suppliers.
• Provide guidance and expertise to supporting professional development of MA & QA engineers.
• Performance management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s of Science degree and 8+ years of relevant professional experience or Masters in 6 years.
• Must be a US Citizen with an active US Government Secret Clearance with an investigation date within the last 6 years.
• Must be able to be successfully screened for Enhanced Security Clearances, within a reasonable amount of time.

• Experience managing people preferred.
• Experience in System Engineering, Integration & Test.
• Experience with ICBM Systems.
• Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
• 1 year experience leading a project and/or driving performance against schedule.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Ability to prioritize and adjust tasks to accomplish project results.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and accomplish them simultaneously.

Schedule

This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
