About the role

DoorDash’s Co-Marketing team partners with our most valued Enterprise Advertisers to create integrated marketing programs that acquire new customers and drive sales and awareness for our mutual businesses. As a strategic, entrepreneurial, and data-driven marketer, you will own and grow co-marketing opportunities with DoorDash's leading Enterprise Restaurant partners. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Restaurant Merchant Partnerships, you'll be the day-to-day owner for a book of Restaurant Advertisers—managing the relationship, strategy, and execution to keep partners engaged and growing on DoorDash. You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Growth Marketing, and Creative Studio to maximize value from partner relationships through marketing that drives business forward for both DoorDash and our shared audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow marketing relationships with some of our largest and most high-profile Enterprise Restaurant partners, serving as the lead for co-marketing engagements, including annual/quarterly strategic planning, campaign execution, and alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead the strategy and execution of integrated co-marketing campaigns end-to-end—from concept and production through launch, optimization, and reporting—applying operational rigor to keep complex, multi-team campaigns on track in partnership with Sales, Creative, Paid Media, Social, and Operations teams.
  • Apply a data-first mindset to measure, analyze, and continuously optimize campaign performance, delivering clear, actionable readouts (internal and partner-facing) tied to success measures like ads revenue growth, merchant growth, incremental order volume, and advertiser engagement and retention.
  • Bring the restaurant advertiser's perspective into broader conversations across DoorDash Marketing, helping shape new co-marketing opportunities and supporting the sales team in pitching them to partners.
  • Manage campaign budgets, including spend tracking, pacing, and accrual preparation, to ensure efficient investment and strong ROI.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2C marketing experience at a consumer brand, tech company, media agency, or consultancy, with a mix of performance, retention, and consulting experience; MBA a plus.
  • Proven track record of owning marketing programs end-to-end—from goal-setting and strategy through execution, optimization, and performance reporting—with hands-on experience across paid media platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, TikTok) and CRM channels in a client- or partner-facing environment; restaurant industry experience a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, including market and segment sizing, forecasting, and using data to inform decisions and optimize performance.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, including experience partnering with sales or sales/marketing teams to drive advertiser outcomes across Marketing, Sales, Strategy & Operations, Analytics, Product, and Creative teams.
  • Creative, entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable solving ambiguous problems and building solutions in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • 401(k) plan with employer matching.
  • 16 weeks of paid parental leave.
  • Wellness benefits and commuter benefits match.
  • Paid time off and paid sick leave in compliance with applicable laws (e.g., Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act).
  • 11 paid holidays.
  • Disability and basic life insurance.
  • Family-forming assistance and a mental health program.
