About the role

The Manager, Marketing Innovation will play an important role in shaping the future growth pipeline for Nature Made®. This high-impact role supports cross-functional innovation projects from consumer and market insight through concept development, business case building, commercialization, and launch readiness. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Innovation, you’ll work on the forefront of emerging scientific and consumer trends, with high exposure to senior leadership and the unique opportunity to translate consumer insights into differentiated, science-backed products that enable consumers to live healthier lives.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and synthesize consumer insights, market trends, and competitive dynamics to identify opportunity spaces and inform innovation strategy within priority need states.
  • Develop product concepts, positioning, and claims informed by consumer needs, scientific substantiation, and business objectives, ensuring clear strategic rationale.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Science & Technology, Regulatory, Legal, Finance, Sales) to align on and advance strategically grounded innovation initiatives from concept through commercialization.
  • Support development of business cases, including market sizing, financials, and key assumptions, ensuring recommendations are rooted in strategic insights and growth opportunities.
  • Partner with Brand and Sales teams to support commercialization planning and execution, including development of consumer-facing messaging grounded in science.

Requirements

  • Requires a four-year college or university degree or its equivalent; MBA preferred.
  • Requires a minimum of 4 years’ experience post-MBA or 7 years post-college, with at least 2 years supporting innovation, new product development, or commercialization.
  • Experience working in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry is required, with a preference for Health & Wellness, Vitamin and Supplements, or OTC Pharmaceutical industry.
  • This role is not available for any form of immigration sponsorship or support, including completion of the Form I-983 training plan required for STEM OPT.

  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders to align on strategic direction and drive initiatives forward.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to connect innovation initiatives to growth, profitability, and broader business objectives.

Pay

National Target Base Pay Range: $100,000.00 - $166,000.00. The salary range for this position is based on national standards. For candidates in California and New York metro, the Target Base Pay Range is $110,000 - $184,000, to reflect the cost of living and market conditions in those areas. Actual compensation will take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location, education, experience, qualifications, and job-related skills. It is not typical for an individual to be hired above the midpoint of the range for their role, and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. Base pay is only one component of our total rewards offerings, and we will take the full offering into consideration when presenting an offer of employment.
