Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Interview, onboard, and train new team members.
  • Conduct ongoing trainings and partner with department leaders to coach and support new hires.
  • Conduct weekly training for reps underperforming.
  • Welcome guests warmly and provide them with a brief overview of the resort, activities, and services.
  • Support new technology rollouts and sales initiatives through becoming a SME (Subject Matter Expert).
  • Book guests to attend an owner update both by phone and face-to-face.
  • Maintain an excellent culture and environment.
  • Maintain above budget penetration rate of assigned guests and ensure overall penetration is above budget.
  • Maintain department standards of production and work as a team player.
  • Prepare additional reports as needed by management.
  • Ensure pertinent information related to Marketing is properly and timely disseminated.
  • Cook up with sales regarding new/changes in marketing programs (booking/gifting policies).

Qualifications

  • High School diploma required.
  • College degree in related field preferred.
  • Successful Wyndham Destinations marketing experience required.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Highly motivated with a positive attitude and good work ethic.
  • Problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to effectively coach, counsel, and motivate direct reports.
  • Provide exceptional customer service (must be able to communicate positively and effectively with upset owners).
  • Ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Working knowledge of marketing databases.
  • Ability to lead by example.
  • Must have Timeshare/Vacation Ownership Experience.

Compensation

Compensation for this position is $80,169 per year, plus incentive earnings reasonably ranging from $27,500 to $77,500 annually, depending upon individual performance and site targets. Performance above or below reasonable expectations could result in incentive earnings outside of this range. Components of incentive compensation are paid both weekly and monthly for this role.
