Manager Manufacturing Engineering
About the role
The Manager Manufacturing Engineering provides leadership in implementing the production plan by identifying strategies to improve production and ensuring that quality objectives are met.
Responsibilities
- Identify and implement strategies to improve production
- Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to production personnel
- Drive productivity improvement initiatives for labor and equipment
- Develop and report out against key performance indicators
- Monitor and ensure financial targets are met
- Root Cause Corrective Action activity management
- Manage the department to ensure the efficient production of the highest-quality products at the lowest cost in meeting customer demands
- Yield Management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of four (4) years of experience in people management and six (6) years of experience in the field
- OR Master’s Degree with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in people management and six (6) years of experience in the field
