Manager - M&A Tax

About the role
This is a hands-on, deal-focused role for someone who thrives in the technical and strategic side of M&A tax and wants more ownership over client outcomes and transaction work.
Responsibilities
- Lead tax due diligence and structuring work across domestic and cross-border M&A transactions
- Build and review transaction tax models
- Advises private equity, corporate, and strategic clients throughout the deal lifecycle
- Review and prepare technical tax analyses and memoranda
- Partner directly with senior leadership on client strategy, deal execution, and new business opportunities
- Review merger agreements and transaction documents from a tax perspective
- Support financial modeling and transaction-related tax projections
- Mentor and develop junior team members while staying actively involved in client work
Requirements
- Experience in M&A / transactional tax (Big 4)
- Deep experience in tax due diligence, structuring, and transaction advisory work
- Strong understanding of domestic and international tax issues in M&A

$120,000 - $160,000 per year
